Herbs and Wild Fruits

The Albanian Pavilion is pleased to inform you that on Thursday, September 10th, from 19:30 to 21:00, the event "Herbs and wild fruits" will take place at the stage of the Bio-Mediterranean Cluster, outlining the tradition of the Albanian collectors and their use in the traditional cuisine. The event will be conducted by the Show Cooking of Chef Altin Prenga who will prepare with his inimitable style Albanian delights by rediscovering and appraising antique recipes with autochthone product at 0 km. Everyone is invited to taste peculiar and rare dishes selected to represent the vastness and variety of the Albanian culinary culture. This evening full of flavors, will be accompanied by the enchanting notes of ancient flutes of the Albanian shepherds and traditional dances.
